Laurence E. Curran III
Laurence is the founder of Curran Law PL. Laurence handles state and federal litigation and arbitration cases for clients who have been wronged by their advisers, business associates, companies, banks, or others. He has represented numerous investors who had lost money through negligence of their advisers or banks or due to fraudulent activity by fund organizers and other investment professionals.
Laurence now represents Credit Suisse AT1 bond investors who lost money due to Swiss regulatory intervention and the negligence of Credit Suisse.
